• Booking & Cancellations:

  - Online bookings must be paid in full.
  - No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
  - Failure to show up at the scheduled time and date will result in no refund, due to time and effort being wasted.

• Conduct & Behaviour:

  - The clinic is not an entertainment facility.
  - Misbehaviour or inappropriate conduct (verbal or physical) towards staff or therapists will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave the premises should you impose a threat to our staff or our customers undergoing our treatments at the time of the event. Legal authorities shall be notified promptly should you not comply.
  - Serious actions, including legal measures, will be taken against obscenity or misconduct.

• Personal Belongings

   - Please prevent wearing jewellery items for example watches, rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, digital jewellery etc. Kindly avoid bringing any personal belongings that you may feel to be mindful of. We do not facilitate and cannot provide security or, be responsible for customers belongings, therefore please refrain from bringing anything of value to you. We shall not be held responsible at the loss or damage of your belongings.

• Allergies & Health Information:

  Certain conditions may require you to avoid Thai massage or consult a healthcare provider first. Always inform your therapist of any medical conditions or injuries before the session. You can also add this information on the new client registration form handed to you before your first session. To help us provide the best therapy for you, please bring any documents relevant to health related issues with you for us to assess weather this treatment is beneficial for you. You are obliged to both inform staff/therapist and, update this form IF any changes occur to your general health and well being. These include:

   -  Pregnancy (especially in the early stages) if you have booked one of our pregnancy massages: It is strongly advised that you inform both the reception and your designated therapist about your pregnancy before booking your session. At Noot & Nan Thai Massage Windsor™ we offer a tailored and carefully structured pregnancy massage therapy session that, ensures the safety and wellbeing of both mother and baby, we advise that whatever the stage of your pregnancy is, this option is safer for you and your baby.

Other health concerns that you may have and we should be made aware of before your session are listed below:

​

- Severe osteoporosis or joint instability

- Acute injuries, including sprains or strains

- Heart conditions or high blood pressure (check with a doctor before receiving deep pressure treatments)

- Skin conditions or open wounds

​

  - Clients must inform the clinic about any allergies before the appointment.
  - Oils and scents are used in therapy rooms; the clinic is not responsible for allergies if not disclosed beforehand.
  - A registration document must be filled out, detailing any health issues that may impact therapy.
  - Based on provided health information, the clinic will assess if massage therapy is appropriate or if treatment needs adjustment.

• Refusal of Service:

  - If accurate health information is not provided, the clinic may refuse to provide therapy.

​

• Respect for Staff:

  - Clients are expected to respect all therapists equally.
  - Therapists will be assigned based on availability, not personal request.

​

• Videography & Photography:

  - kindly refrain from taking photo's and video's upon entering your designated treatment room to prevent breach of both yours and our staff members privacy. You are more than welcome to take pictures at the reception area while awaiting treatment in the waiting area.

• Gift Voucher/Certificate

   - Upon purchasing and receiving your Gift Voucher/Certificate, you will notice a valid from and expiry date. Please acknowledge that the Gift Voucher/Certificate can only be used once with limited treatments selected from the variety of treatments our practice has to offer. This cannot be reimbursed or redeemed once used.

• Statutory Rights:

  - These terms and conditions do not affect the client's statutory rights.
